Hallmark Property Management Limited was formed by Terence Whelan in May 2002, and has already established a reputation as a company that provides a high quality service to all of our clients. As a privately owned company, we are able to keep close control over service levels by deciding how many units each of our managers is responsible for. This means that we do not overextend our staff and are able to provide a quality service that benefits all of our clients alike.
We are based in Enfield, north London and manage properties all over London and across the Home Counties. We also have a satellite office located in Reading, Berkshire, from which we also manage several other sites west of London. Our clients include leading residential developers, housing associations, resident management companies and private investors.
The two Directors, Terence Whelan BA MICH, Jonathan Baigel FCA, have over fifty years of experience in residential property management between them.
